One Account Per Player
Each player may hold only one registered account on k3bd. Creating duplicate, shared, or fraudulent accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
18+ Age Requirement
Access to k3bd is strictly restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm your age. k3bd conducts age verification as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be closed and deposits returned minus any bonus amounts claimed.
Bonus Wagering Requirements

1. General Terms
These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and k3bd in connection with your use of the k3bd website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, promotional offers, and all other features made available at k3bd.app. These Terms must be read together with the k3bd Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and k3bd.

1.2 Language
All communications between k3bd and players, including these Terms, support interactions, bonus notifications, and account correspondence, are conducted in English. k3bd's support team is available 24/7 in English via live chat (under 2-minute response time) and via email at [email protected] (under 4-hour response time).
2. Account Registration
To access the full range of k3bd features — including depositing funds, placing bets, playing casino games, and claiming bonuses — you must register a k3bd account. Registration is free of charge and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi mobile carrier.
2.1 One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on k3bd. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where k3bd identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended immediately. Any bonus funds, pending withdrawals, or winnings derived from bonus activity across all associated accounts may be forfeited at k3bd's sole discretion. 2.2 Account Accuracy
You must ensure that all information provided at registration and throughout your account's lifetime remains accurate and up to date. 2.3 KYC Verification
Identity verification is a mandatory requirement before k3bd processes any withdrawal request. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process requires you to submit:
- A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate for Bangladeshi residents)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot showing your bKash or Nagad account number registered in your name)
- A selfie photograph holding your photo ID, where requested by the k3bd compliance team
KYC documents are reviewed within 24 hours of submission during standard operating hours. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed automatically without requiring re-verification, unless a material change to the account is detected or a high-value transaction triggers an additional review under k3bd's anti-money-laundering procedures.
3. Age Restriction
By creating a k3bd account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process described in Section 2.3. Where an account is found to belong to a player under the age of 18, k3bd will close the account, return any net deposits (after deducting any bonus amounts that were claimed), and take all steps necessary to prevent further access.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
The minimum withdrawal amount across all payment methods is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the account. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source.
Withdrawal requests submitted before 10:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a standard business day are typically processed within 30 minutes for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Requests submitted after 10:00 PM BST or on public holidays may be subject to a processing delay of up to 12 hours. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days depending on the issuing bank.
k3bd reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where a compliance review is required, where KYC documents have not been submitted or verified, or where the withdrawal amount triggers an anti-money-laundering threshold review. 4.3 Bonus Funds and Withdrawals
Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. They must first be converted to real funds by meeting the applicable wagering requirements set out in the individual bonus terms. Until wagering requirements are met, the bonus balance is held separately and may not be included in a withdrawal request. Real funds (cash deposits and winnings derived from real-fund play) may be withdrawn at any time subject to the conditions in Section 4.2 above.
5. Bonus Policy

5.1 Claiming Bonuses
To claim a bonus, players must opt in to the promotion via the Bonus Centre in their k3bd account dashboard or, where specified, by entering a valid promotional code at the time of deposit. Bonuses are not applied automatically unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Players should review the eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirement, qualifying games, and wagering requirement for each bonus before claiming.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, where stated) must be wagered on qualifying games before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be made. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) in the individual bonus terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets to be placed before a withdrawal is permitted.
Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, crash games, and sports betting may carry different contribution percentages. Games with a contribution rate of 0% do not count towards wagering requirements at all; playing these games while a bonus is active will not reduce the remaining wagering balance.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
k3bd operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming a bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts; systematically placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal real financial exposure; using automated betting systems or bots to clear bonuses; and coordinating with other players to abuse referral or loyalty schemes. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.
6. User Obligations
As a registered player on k3bd, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful recreational purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You accept personal responsibility for all activity conducted through your k3bd account, whether or not that activity was conducted by you directly.
6.1 Prohibited Conduct
You must not use the k3bd platform to:
- Register an account on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account
- Deposit funds derived from unlawful activity, fraud, or money laundering
- Use automated scripts, bots, macros, or third-party software to interact with the platform
- Exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or feature of the platform
- Engage in collusion with other players in card games, poker, or any other competitive game
- Threaten, harass, or abuse k3bd support staff or other users of the platform
- Attempt to access the accounts of other players or the administrative systems of k3bd
- Use a VPN, proxy server, or any other technology to circumvent geographic access controls or account restrictions
6.2 Responsible Gaming Obligations
k3bd is committed to responsible gaming and requires all players to engage with the platform in a responsible manner. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that outcomes are determined by chance, and that there is no guarantee of winning. You agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your k3bd account — including deposit limits, session time-outs, and self-exclusion — if you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. 7. Account Suspension & Closure
k3bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The player has violated any provision of these Terms
- The player has provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information
- The player's account has been involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
- The player has engaged in bonus abuse or exploitation of the platform
- A player's continued use of the platform poses a risk to k3bd, its payment partners, or other players
- A regulatory, compliance, or legal obligation requires k3bd to restrict access
Where an account is suspended for investigation, k3bd will notify the player via the registered email address within 48 hours of the suspension being applied (unless prohibited from doing so by applicable law or a regulator). The investigation period shall not exceed 30 days, after which k3bd will either reinstate the account, close it permanently, or extend the investigation if required by ongoing compliance proceedings.
7.1 Voluntary Account Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting k3bd support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding real-fund balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
7.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a structured break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the k3bd support team within one hour of confirmation and cannot be reversed before the elected exclusion period has elapsed. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is locked, no deposits are accepted, and no promotional communications are sent. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k3bd shall not be liable to you for any loss, damage, cost, or expense of any nature — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from or in connection with:
- Losses incurred as a result of placing bets or playing casino games on the platform
- Temporary or permanent unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond k3bd's control
- Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials
- Loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the k3bd platform
- Any interruption to live casino games or sports betting markets caused by network issues, data feed disruptions, or third-party provider outages
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude k3bd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
8.1 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in a game being offered with incorrect odds, a bonus being applied incorrectly, or a withdrawal being processed in error, k3bd reserves the right to void the relevant bets, reverse the relevant transactions, and restore affected account balances to their correct state. Players will be notified of any correction applied to their account via the registered email address.
8.2 Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through k3bd's internal complaint resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration. Players wishing to raise a formal complaint should first contact k3bd support at [email protected], clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the outcome sought. k3bd commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 24 hours and providing a substantive response within 7 business days.
